What I'm building

Everything is downstream of measuring people right.

I believe education is not a learning problem but a measurement problem. Because we cannot measure the effectiveness of people in different kinds of roles and growth potential accurately, we default to proxies like university degrees.

If we measure people the right way, tell them exactly how to get better, and get them opportunities based on that, maybe we can fix education.

Polymath is an npm library to analyze your AI chats and AI coding logs locally and on your own Claude Code or Codex subscription. It will show you reports on yourself on your localhost.

If you like what you see, you can share a smaller report without any sensitive data, and I will become your personal talent agent and get you opportunities directly in your inbox.

What kind of opportunities can I get you?

  1. Intros with other very smart people.
  2. Warm referrals into jobs you really want.
  3. Intros to VCs, vetting you much better than your current public signal.

You can see sample reports here: polymathsociety.us/sample

How I got here

I have spent 10 months and pivoted 4 times towards this same mission. Learnt some very important things (secrets?) from the market.

Here is a blog that explains why I'm doing this and what I learnt: The AI that fights for your place in the world

Try it

The first tool is live on npm. It reads your local Claude Code, and your ChatGPT, Claude and Notion logs, and reflects back how you actually work. It runs using your own Claude or Codex subscription, so everything stays on your own machine. Nothing is uploaded unless you explicitly choose to share a report.

npm install -g polymath-society
